Irish people are flocking to comedy clubs in a bid to beat the blues.
Murphy’s laughter lounge in Dublin claims they have never been busier.
Mc and stand up comedian Steve Cummins claimed “We are full every night of the week in the lounge. I have had the busiest stretch ever. It’s great. When you are at live comedy, and laughing to the point where you are fit to burst you are no longer thinking about your job or your mortgage or bills
VeryHappyPig is in a similar situation for the same reason. Over 300,000 people a month visit the site in a bid to keep smiling.
More Price Drops
Bus Eirean announced temporary price cuts last weekend.
The company said it will slash fares by up to 25 percent in 10 Expressway Routes including Cork to Dublin and Waterford to Limerick.
The new prices will come into effect today last until the end of the month.
Irish Children To Get Funding
Funding for a child alert system in Europe will help to protect kids in Ireland, it was claimed earlier in the week.
Up to €1 million has been allocated to the European Commission programme.
