Irish Man's Big Apple Win

An Irish construction worker, who went to the States in search of the American Dream returned to Ireland last weekend a rich man after a massive lotto win.
Donal Finnan a native of Broadford in Co Kildare has been working in New York for the last nine years and scooped a massive $41 million jackpot in the New York State Lottery on May 16.
Donal will now return stateside but his believes he won’t return to work in the near future.
“Lets just say he won’t be returning to work anytime soon. This has been a huge shock to us all. We had a couple of drinks here in Broadford House pub last night but we’ll be having a proper celebration later this year,†she told the Star.
