Two men with advanced prostate cancer have received the all-clear after being given an experimental antibody drug.
Both patients staged dramatic recoveries after taking part in the trial in Minnesota in the US.
Each of them had been suffering from aggressive, inoperable tumours before the treatment which boosts the immune system.
