Protesters Take Positive Action

Two major protests are being held against cutbacks which have forced Our Ladies Children's hospital to close one 25-bed ward and cancel dozens of procedures.
The Oireachtas Health Committee made a special visit to the hospital last week amid growing concern over its budget deficit of nearly €10m.
Parents will stage a silent protest at the Dail at midday, followed by a march outside the hospital at 2pm.
