Good news for home owners and motorists as oil prices are set to continue to fall. American experts are predicting that the average cost for a barrel in the first quarter of 2009 will be just US$49.
After hitting an all time high of $147 in July last year, New Year trading kicked off with the price of a barrel at just below $37.
