Soft drinks giant Coca-Cola have just announced a deal to open a new €200m plant Ireland.
Coke president Muhtar Kent flew (by private helicopter) to the IDA Business & Technology Park in Co. Wexford for a ground-breaking ceremony yesterday.
Mr. Kent said the new plant will see more than 100 jobs created in the area over the next five years.
Also on the job front, US internet retailer CSN Stores has announced it will create 200 jobs at its European base in Galway.
The positions will be in customer services, IT, sales and marketing and should be filled over the next three years.
A big applause for Coca-Cola and CSN Stores from all the Very Happy Pig team.
