Oops, Stretchers Too Big For Ambulances

The HSE has confirmed it has to replace all 50 Megasus stretchers purchased recently because they are "too bulky" for ambulances.
The stretchers, costing €850,000, which were to be used to carry obese patients have been found not to fit into the ambulances.
VeryHappyPig says the HSE obviously didn't think this one through very well!
