RTE's 2fm Dave Fanning show exclusively played U2’s new single Get On Your Boots from their new album No Line In The Horizon.
This was a world exclusive, not just an Irish exclusive. The new single can be heard on the Irish global superstar's website www.U2.com.
An excited Dave Fanning said: "This might be the longest wait in between U2 albums but from everything I heard it is well worth the wait."
U2 last night played in Washington in front of the Lincoln Memorial statue as The United States Of America waits for their new American President who will be sworn in tomorrow.
