Markets Rise All Over The World.

World stock markets have risen around the world with a great performance on Wall Street after reassurance from most of Europe’s troubled banks that they have bail out plans in place!
And with a serious surprise, Barkley’s Bank stunned the markets by releasing a statement showing solid profits for 2008. They, for one, did not need any cash bailouts to stay in business.
