RTE To Broadcast Over 120 Hours Of 6 Nations Rugby Action!

RTE has vowed to broadcast over 120 hours of The Six Nations Rugby competition. The Six Nations between Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland, France and Italy proved to be very popular last year, when it attracted a massive audience of 600,000 viewers in Ireland alone. Head of RTE sport, Glen Killane said “This year's Six Nations promises to be the best games ever with unrivalled coverage on RTE Radio and TV."
Tom McGurk, Brent Pope and George Hooke will be the hosts for The Six Nations coverage.
