Wannabe Hard Man Couldn’t Handle The Hoover!

A wannabe house robber in Tallaght Co. Dublin was given the fright of his life when he decided to break into a womans home to help himself to her belongings. Things didn’t go to plan though for the burglar when the home owner's dog raised the alarm and woke the woman, who quickly grabbed her hoover, and like a scene out of a old western film, she started swinging it at the intruder and he had to run for his life!
The man was later arrested and was in court yesterday. The judge heard the whole story and remanded the 21-year-old Tallaght man in custody. His solicitor made no application for bail and he will be sentenced in the next 6 weeks! I'd say he feels safer in jail after his brush with the hoover women!
