Look At A Complete Home Without Moving From Your Couch!

Updated : Mar 30, 2009

The Inn Network Ltd is launching the website www.virtualehome.com to sell virtual 360 degree tours of properties directly to home vendors. Managing Director, Simon Day, said “Although most people agree that a virtual tour will promote interest in a property and increase the chance that it will sell, most Estate Agents don’t want to pay for a tour to be created as they see it as a cost in the current times that might not produce a payback. We have decided to sell directly to the person who is selling their property”.

For only €120 virtualehome.com will go to the property anywhere in mainland Ireland to take the photos, produce a tour and liaise with the vendor’s estate agent(s) to upload the tour to property portals such a myhome and daft. They will set up a microsite with the tour and details of the property with a web address related to the properties physical address eg. www.virtualehome.com/1_example_rd_dublin.html. For an extra €60 they will send a sale board to the vendor with a panoramic picture of one of the rooms of the property, the web address where the tour can be found and the logo of the seller’s estate agent. Day said “The board is one of the most vital part of the package, because it allows passersby to view a room and gives them the address where they can view the virtual tour - at the moment passersby have no idea if a tour has been produced for a property or not”.
